We are an Australian-based small business and at the moment only ship within Australia.

If you are located overseas and would like to purchase our items, please reach out at contact@sough.com.au and we’ll see if we can arrange for international shipping for you.

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over AU$99.

Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns on any opened products and given the intimate nature of the Pulse, we do not accept returns of the Pulse.

Please email us within seven days of receiving your product for a refund or exchange if the product is faulty or damaged.
